Job Description
Provide high-quality, patient-specific spinal and extremity adjustments when clinically appropriate.
Create efficient, outcome-driven care plans, incorporating supportive services (rehab-style exercise, laser, regenerative options, etc.) only when they meaningfully improve results.
Coach patients on practical posture, ergonomics, and lifestyle habits that help prevent flare-ups and support long-term function.
Complete clear, timely documentation to support continuity of care and clinical excellence.
Participate in team collaboration and refining office workflows—your input matters.
Qualifications
Active Alabama chiropractic license (or ability to obtain one soon).
Strong adjusting skills and comfort practicing in an adjustment-forward environment.
Clear communication style, team mindset, and confidence educating patients.
New grads welcome (mentorship available) and experienced DCs encouraged to apply.
Additional Information
Compensation: $85,000–$100,000/year + incentives (competitive base with performance upside).
