Manager, Sales Engineering
A Sales Engineering Manager atStrategyplays an integral role in the sales of our world class enterprise platform to deploy unique analytics and mobility applications. Theperson will be responsible for managing all facets of the sales engineering functionfor the Latin American team. These include leading the most important sales cycles, ensure technical plus professional excellence along with recruiting, development and training of a team of Sales Engineers.
Job Duties (includebut not limited to)
Recruiting, Developing and Managing: The role is expected to recruit and develop the highest caliber Sales Engineers. Development includesonboarding ofNew Hires next toensuringall Sales Engineers are ready to perform their duties in sales cycles. Management includes ensuring all tasks are completed and performed at the highest level of quality.
Experience with Business Analytics and Mobility systems a major plus General knowledge of RDBMS, OLAP, client/server, and web/internet technologies Successful completion ofStrategycertification program upon employment
