Director of Nursing (DON)

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the nursing department to provide consistent high-quality care
Mentor and support RN's, LPN's, and nursing assistants
Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and survey readiness
Partner with interdisciplinary teams to deliver resident centered care
Build strong relationships with resident’s families and staff

Qualifications:

Current Mass. RN License
Strong knowledge of nursing practices regulations and compliance
Experience as ADNS or Unit Manager preferred
Proven leadership skills with ability to coach and retain staff
Commitment to kindness teamwork and clinical excellence
