Job Description
The Client Account Representative will serve as the primary point of contact between Beloform Craft and its clients. This role focuses on managing client accounts, ensuring satisfaction, identifying growth opportunities, and maintaining strong professional relationships. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and committed to delivering high-quality service.
Responsibilities
Manage and maintain assigned client accounts with professionalism and efficiency
Build and nurture long-term client relationships
Identify client needs and provide tailored solutions
Coordinate internally to ensure timely delivery of services
Monitor account performance and prepare regular reports
Address client inquiries and resolve concerns promptly
Support business development initiatives through account expansion opportunities
