Bosch Automotive Electronics India Pvt. Ltd. (RBAI) is a 100% subsidiary of Robert Bosch GmbH . Established in 2009, in Naganathapura - Bengaluru, RBAI is primarily focused in manufacturing electronic products for the automotive sector. RBAI has consistently added an average of one product every year resulting in a wide range of products comprising – Engine Control Units (ECU) for both 4W and 2W, Body Control Modules (BCM), ECUs for ABS, DC-DC Converters, iTraMS (Intelligent communication control unit) to name a few. Job Description
- Corrective and Preventive maintenance to ensure all MAEs are properly maintained and operational
- Maintenance Planning & Scheduling through SAP.
- Preventive maintenance / Predictive maintenance to reduce the unplanned breakdown and to improve OEE
- KPI tracking such as MTBF, MTTR, PMI completion and other metrics
- Spares management: Spare parts planning and procurement / Spare parts repair and service
- Assist maintenance personnel by providing technical guidance,
Support in troubleshooting, resolve and ensure fast resolution of breakdowns - Audit preparing for maintenance topic ( System audits, IATF & ISO, HSE)
- Implement process improvement projects in collaboration with CFT and to achieve the VSO targets
- Kaizens (improvement) topics
- Budget planning & track the utilization to achieve maintenance KPI's
- Manpower planning and handling
Qualifications
B.E / B.Tech. (Mechanical)
Year of experience: 6 to 8 years

- Knowledge in Manufacturing & Assembly process

- Basic quality tools, Data analytic tools (5 why)
