Responsibilities
Assist in managing and maintaining client accounts to ensure satisfaction and retention

Prepare reports, presentations, and performance summaries
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
Identify opportunities for account growth and contribute to expansion strategies
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and account updates
