Job Description
- Should have 10+ years of staffing industry business development experience.
- Should have experience to manage 100+ employees team.
- Setting up, developing, and leading a global team of analytics consultants and business development experts.
- Developing a sales strategy-, and plan steering sales management.
- Client relationship strategy and management.
- Implementing a collaboration process between our Business Development and Sales Team.
- Hands-on business development and consultancy experience.
- Ensuring alignment of business/client/market requirements.
- Driving successful, analytics solutions and consultancy.
- Your mission is creating business pipeline in the above areas through cold calling and industry relationships.
- You will define and implement a business strategy to uncover win-win opportunities that drive new business to organization.
Qualifications
Strong communication skills and presentation skills are a must, along with the ability to present in a group.
10+ years progressively increasing sales/business development responsibility within the financial services vertical, credit card experience a plus.
- Superior quantitative reasoning in relation to proactively identifying and taking advantage of new market opportunities.
- Superior sales force management and coaching skills.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with all levels of senior management within a matrixed environment.
- Change agent able to provide fresh thinking on organization, process and people.
