Within the exclusive surrounds of Club Millesime as at Club Millesime Butler, you will curate exceptional moments for our most sophisticated guests, anticipating their preferences with intuition and delivering service that feels both effortless and extraordinary.
As a true host, you will provide warm, attentive service without compromise, creating an atmosphere of refined comfort from the moment our VIP guests arrive. Working in seamless partnership with our talented kitchen brigade and Club leadership team, you will ensure each service unfolds with impeccable timing, flawless presentation and meticulous attention to detail.
With an in-depth knowledge of our menus, beverages and dietary considerations, you will guide guests with confidence and poise. Through immaculate presentation, perfectly prepared mise-en-place and thoughtful, intuitive touches, you will help create a Club Millesime experience that is exclusive yet inviting, where every detail is considered and every stay becomes a lasting memory.
Qualifications
About You
You are a gracious and passionate hospitality professional who takes genuine pride in creating beautifully curated guest experiences. With a natural eye for detail and a heartfelt commitment to excellence, you understand that true luxury lives in the subtle touches; the thoughtful gesture, the perfectly timed service, the warm and sincere welcome. Experience within a luxury hotel or refined dining environment is advantageous, however your poise, intuition and desire to exceed expectations are what will truly set you apart.
You will bring polished communication skills, an engaging presence and a professional presentation that reflects the elegance of the Sofitel brand. Flexible and dependable, you thrive in a dynamic environment and are available to work a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.
A current RSA certification is required as you confidently deliver exceptional beverage service with sophistication and care. You also hold full Australian working rights, allowing you to work with us without restriction.
