Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Warehouse Associate to join our team. As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth flow of goods and maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Receive and process incoming stock and materials
- Perform inventory counts and reconcile with system records
- Organize and maintain the warehouse for optimal efficiency
- Operate material handling equipment safely and efficiently
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for warehouse processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any 4-year course (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
- 2–4 years in warehouse operations or inventory control
- Extreme attention to detail and a "logic-first" approach to problem-solving
- Proficient in SAP, gsheet & dashboard
- Willing to work rotating shifts, including evenings, weekends, and overtime during peak seasons
