Job Description
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Monitor and analyze servo parametric data, yield, quality, and reliability performance.
- Perform servo control failure analysis, root cause identification, and corrective actions.
- Optimize servo firmware, parameters, and specifications for new components, new processes, and customer qualifications.
- Maintain high-performance positioning control systems under varying vibration, shock, voltage, and temperature conditions.
- Develop tools for servo characterization, qualification, and error simulation.
- Apply control theory, data analytics, and machine learning to improve system performance.
- Drive automation, data visualization, and cross-functional collaboration to enhance reliability.
- Support new product introduction through skill transfer and new feature understanding.
Qualifications
REQUIRED:
- Bachelor’s in Control System/Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science and Analytics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills in English.
- Basic understanding of failure analysis methodologies and problem-solving techniques.
- Eager to learn new technologies and business analysis techniques.
- Effective team player in dynamic and cross-functional environments.
- Available to start work in April 2026.
PREFERRED:
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools (Excel, Python, SQL, etc.).
- Familiar with creating reports, dashboards, and visualizations using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Spotfire.
- Experience with workflow automation and data analysis to identify trends and patterns using techniques such as image processing, data mining, machine learning, deep learning, or AI.
SKILLS:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office such as PowerPoint for clear and structured presentations.
- Acquire knowledge in SQL, C/C++ programming and Python.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a technical team environment.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
