We’re opening a brand-new GYG restaurant in Marsden Park, and we’re looking for a Head Cook who wants to be part of something from day one.

As a Head Cook at our new Marsden Park restaurant, you’ll be trusted to:
- Lead and develop a high-performing kitchen team from opening day, setting the benchmark for quality, speed and consistency.
- Own food execution in a high-volume environment, ensuring every dish reflects GYG’s commitment to fresh ingredients and bold flavours.
- Play a key role in the restaurant opening journey — supporting recruitment, training and readiness alongside the Restaurant Manager and leadership team.
- Help establish strong routines, systems and standards that set the restaurant up for long-term success.
