Job Description
- You draft meeting checklists to ensure all agenda items are covered.
- You draft meeting minutes to capture discussions and decisions accurately.
- You draft compliance reports to support regulatory and internal requirements.
- You attend client telecalls and contribute to discussions as needed.
- You prepare onboarding packs for new clients.
- You prepare compliance calendars to track key deadlines and obligations.
- You update and maintain internal records and trackers.
- You create and update meeting invites using the central mailbox.
- You collate MAS correspondences for clients.
- You draft and review compliance-related policies, procedures, assessments, and checklists.
- You handle any other ad hoc requests that arise.

Qualifications
- You are highly discreet, organized, and meticulous in your work.
- You conduct yourself professionally and handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality.
- You maintain a neat and tidy approach to tasks.
- You are a strong team player who collaborates effectively.
- You hold at least a university degree in any discipline.
- You will work Monday to Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
- You may be required to work on Philippines public holidays.
