Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to step into the role of IT Testing Manager Digital CX. Within the Corporate IT organization, you will manage the definition and implementation of the testing process and activities for Digital CX (Customer Experience) solutions and related integrated systems such as Salesforce, Eloqua, Pandadoc, Oracle eBusiness Suite, MS Azure middleware & others.
Specific Responsibilities
- Define & implement the overall Testing Strategy across Digital CX solutions.
- Oversee all activities related to Test Case Preparation & Execution (Design, plan, validate, coordinate & document) for all type of testing.
- Ensure proper test phases is delivered when appropriate (e.g., Unit testing, Regression Testing, System Integration Testing, Application Performance Testing)
- Responsible for effective Defect Tracking & Resolution Management with development teams (internal or partners) during the different phases of the development / project’s lifecycle.
- Monitor testing risks and escalate potential delivery impacts.
- Lead / Implement end-to-end Testing Automation
- Define & supervise testing & QA procedures in partnership with with internal teams & partners.
- Participate in RFP with a special focus on testing activities.
- Identify right testers in each test phase.
- Take part in testing execution when appropriate.
Qualifications
- Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to explain and convince in a cross-functional team set up.
- Continuous improvement mindset
- Fluent in English (verbal and written)
- Minimum 3 - 5 years of IT and/or End User Testing experience and/or within the context of aplication development & implementation projects
- Knowledge of supported Business Processes and how they should be implemented using the underlying technology while following industry best practices.
- Experience with some of the Customer Experience related applications (i.e., Sales, Service, Customer Portal, eCommerce, Marketing)
- Experience with Salesforce is a plus (Sales, Service, Experience Clouds and / or others).
- SQL knowledge
