Job Description
Sibylline is looking for a GSOC Intelligence Analyst to join our team in an embedded role supporting a client’s global security operation. The GSOC operates 12 hours per day, seven days a week, from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. This full-time role has shifts scheduled within these operating hours, seven days a week. Shift assignments may vary to include weekend coverage, requiring flexibility depending on operational needs. This full-time, in-office role is based in Mount Laurel, NJ, with the expectation of being on site as needed to support major events. Reporting directly to the embedded GSOC Team Lead, the analyst is responsible for monitoring the safety and security of the client’s personnel and assets worldwide.
In this role, you will identify, assess, and communicate threats that could impact the client’s staff, facilities, events, or global operations. The position requires continuous monitoring of security development, producing actionable intelligence, and supporting investigations and crisis response activities. As an embedded analyst, you will work in a high-visibility, fast-paced environment, providing intelligence support for major events and daily operations while collaborating closely with internal stakeholders, law enforcement partners, and external intelligence networks.
Essential Functions / Responsibilities
Monitor global threats including terrorism, criminal activity, civil unrest, and other security concerns.
Support intelligence needs for major high-profile events as well as routine operational activities.
Assist with investigations into incidents, threats, or misconduct by collecting intelligence and conducting analysis.
Document and maintain detailed incident logs and write clear, comprehensive investigative reports.
Produce intelligence deliverables such as travel risk assessments, event threat assessments, strategic analysis, intelligence bulletins, and ad hoc advisories.
Support GSOC operations by monitoring domestic and international travel risk and incident response activities; overseeing alarms, CCTV, and access control systems with appropriate escalation; and operating mass notification systems to inform staff and stakeholders during incidents.
Contribute to security programs protecting critical assets, infrastructure, personnel, intellectual property, and business operations while coordinating with stakeholders on emerging threats.

Qualifications
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Strong analytic, oral, and written presentation skills including the ability to deliver communications centred on the target audience
- Proficiency with OSINT platforms, threat monitoring tools, and reporting technologies.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced work environment.
- Strong analytical and writing skills, with an aptitude for writing and editing with speed and accuracy in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
- Knowledge of specific regional dynamics including geo-political, security, and social situations is essential.
- A proven track record of conducting research and providing analysis in a commercial context.
- Experience in all facets of the intelligence cycle, including data collection, information processing, analysis, and production.
- Advanced OSINT research skills and familiarity with access control systems, CCTV monitoring systems, and other incident management and/or security platforms preferred.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Security Studies, International Relations, Criminal Justice, or a relevant field from an accredited college or university or equivalent professional experience.
- 2+ years’ of experience in law enforcement, military, private/public sector intelligence or security operations.
- 4+ years’ of related experience in intelligence, investigations, or GSOC operations, PREFERRED.
- Flexibility and ability to work all shifts, willingness to assist the team as needed during major events.

Work Environment/Physical Requirements
This position is moderately self-directed and requires understanding and compliance with company policies, procedures, and values. The position works in an on-site office environment utilizing a computer and standard office equipment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to interact collaboratively with the team and stakeholders, and communicate via phone, videophone, or text messaging. The employee may be required to occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds. The position may require travel up to 5%.
