Job Description
This role is crucial in driving business growth across APAC, securing our most significant and competitive client pitches through best practice win strategies, proposals, and presentation tools.
Focus Areas
- Lead pitch opportunities across APAC, setting clear win strategies and ensuring high quality, client centric strategy.
- Provide hands-on leadership and coaching, including strategy development and presentation coaching.
- Drive proactive pitch planning across major business accounts, identifying opportunities early to shape our approach and support the business pursue opportunities.
- Lead and develop the APAC Business Development Centre (BDC), setting clear priorities, standards, and expectations.
- Oversee pitch capability programs, lifting pitch performance across the wider business, including ongoing refreshing and amplifying tools, and best practices across markets.
- Drive client success storytelling.
- Track and analyze pitch performance across service lines, driving continuous improvement in quality, effectiveness, and outcomes.
- Lead the development and ongoing evolution of pitch tools, templates, and capability statements used across APAC.

- A strong team player comfortable working collaboratively, virtually and independently
- Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines, managing multiple priorities effectively
- Candidates with less experience (but display strong potential) could be considered as Associate Director
