Job Description
Summary of the Role:
As a Technician I, Manufacturing Engineering, you will be involved in maintaining and optimizing tool performance through calibration, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance. Key responsibilities include performing tool board calibration, diagnosing and repairing breakdown tools using log data, maintaining probecards, and conducting correlation and DM measurements. The role also involves analyzing data, creating visualizations and trend charts, assisting engineers with evaluation activities, and reporting shift activities in daily meetings..
Job Responsibilities and Role Accountabilities:
- Perform tool board calibration.
- Troubleshooting and repair of breakdown tools thru checking of logging data.
- Perform correlation measurement and summarization using template.
- Do periodic preventive maintenance thru digital PM.
- Checking and repair of probecards.
- Assist engineer on evaluation activities.
- Check and analyze data. Create chart for visualization.
- Do daily tool trend chart checking and monitoring in excel and JMP format.
- Attend daily meeting to report shift’s activities and endorsement.
- Perform DM measurement on magnetizer and deco quasi tools that failed the judgment.
Qualifications
Education and Work Experience:
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Electronics Technology, Electromechanical Technology, Computer Technology, Information Technology or a related field of study.
- Atleast 1 year of work experience in the relevant field.
- Industry exposure in Electronics or Semiconductor Manufacturing setup is highly preferred.
Skills and Competency Requirements:
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Possesses basic computer configuration skills.
- Demonstrates experience in handling precision instruments and performing critical mechanical alignment tasks.
- Exhibits excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to establish trust and confidence across all organizational levels.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to multitask effectively and collaborate in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Strong active listening skills, with the ability to ask relevant and clarifying questions to ensure instructions are accurately understood and executed.
Other Requirements:
