Job Description
Reporting to the APAC L&D Associate Director this role supports the APAC L&D Associate Director to design, implement, and manage learning initiatives and programs to boost employee skills, performance, and career growth, aligning individual development with company goals by identifying skill gaps, creating materials, delivering training, and evaluating effectiveness, acting as a key link between HR and strategic business needs across Asia.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact with, influence and engage diverse stakeholders and audiences.
Excellent administrative, reporting, and organisational skills with proven ability to deal with multiple tasks, establish priorities and meet required deadlines.
Organised and process oriented with the ability to manage conflicting timescales and priorities.
Ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders across the business as well as externally.
Qualifications
Minimum 8 years' experience, with recent 3-5 years experience in learning and development in a similar role in large, complex organisations.
Strong understanding in the cultural nuances of the way of working in Asia, with demonstrable experience working in cross matrix organisations.
