Responsibilities
- Assist in the setup and breakdown of event spaces and equipment
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests and attendees during events
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of services
- Assist in managing event logistics, including scheduling and transportation
- Monitor event activities and ensure everything runs smoothly
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues that arise promptly
Qualifications
- Previous experience in event coordination or related field preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Must be able to lift and carry equipment up to 50 pounds
