Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 - $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Role SnapshotThis role is built for a Vermont-licensed LMFT who wants to focus on meaningful therapy work without in-person clinic demands. You'll work with individuals, couples, and families through scheduled virtual sessions, helping clients improve communication, manage conflict, and navigate major life changes.
Responsibilities- Provide telehealth therapy to individuals, couples, and families
- Assess relational dynamics and develop clear treatment goals
- Maintain clinical documentation in accordance with regulations
- Track client progress and adjust interventions as needed
- Follow Vermont LMFT scope of practice and ethical guidelines
Requirements- Active Vermont LMFT license
- Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field
- Experience working with relational or family-based cases
- Comfortable delivering therapy in a virtual setting
