Job Description
Pay Range $80k - $100k plus commissions
- Implement the Colorbiotics selling system by assessing customer needs and delivering technical product expertise.
- Develop and grow profitable accounts, including colorant and equipment sales, while managing territory P&L and AR collection.
- Identify and pursue new customers through leads, directories, trade shows, and industry organizations.
- Negotiate pricing, sales terms, and service agreements; prepare and submit sales contracts and orders.
- Maintain accurate customer records and activity in Salesforce and other automated systems.
- Provide ongoing customer support, including yearly reviews, operational assessments, and proactive needs forecasting.
- Support equipment operations by assisting with installations, calibrations, troubleshooting, minor service, and parts coordination.
- Monitor and communicate data from GEM and PRO systems; perform operational and efficiency comparisons.
- Collaborate with national accounts, assist other territories, and participate in special projects as assigned.
- Sales Territory: North Carolina, South Carolina, and Virginia and other regions/territories when needed
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Business, Agricultural Studies, Marketing, or a related business field.
- Minimum of 5 years of business or outside sales experience.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Comfortable using internet-based tools.
- Proficient in consultative selling techniques.
- Skilled in strategic business planning.
- Experienced in key account management.
- Mechanically inclined with the ability to understand electrical diagrams, wiring, welding, blueprints, and schematics.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Self-motivated with a proactive mindset.
- Must have clean driving record
